MSL registration privacy notice
Applies to: the MSL 2026–27 student registration form at registration.mymsl.org
What we collect
When you register a child, we collect the student's name, date of birth, grade, school, and home address; your name, relationship to the student, phone number, email address, and preferred contact method; an emergency contact; your answers about food allergies, medical or safety information, English-language support, and learning or accessibility support; your Code of Conduct acknowledgment; your photo and video permission choice; and your typed name and the date you submitted.
Why we collect it
We use this information to enroll your child in MSL, plan sessions and meals, keep students safe, contact you about the program, and respect your photo and video choice. We do not sell this information or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
Only authorized MSL registration staff can view registrations, and they must sign in to do so. Food allergy, medical, language, and learning or accessibility details are limited to the staff who need them to support your child. These details are never included in emails.
How we protect it
The form uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Registrations are stored in an MSL-controlled account, health and support details are encrypted when stored, and staff access is logged.
How long we keep it
We keep registration records for the 2026–27 season and then delete them by [date to be set by MSL], unless we need to keep a record longer for a legal or safety reason.
Photos and videos
Your photo and video answer does not affect your child's registration. You can change it at any time by contacting MSL at contact@mymsl.org.
Corrections, questions, and deletion requests
To correct your information, change your photo and video choice, ask what we hold, or ask us to delete a registration, contact MSL at contact@mymsl.org and include your reference number.
